At our restaurant Brasserie & Bränneri we serves food and drinks according to the season. Our kitchen draws inspiration from the sea and the forest, and we collaborate with several farms in the local area. The carefully selected dishes together with the history of the place and the beautiful archipelago environment create memorable moments and gastronomic experiences.
